By accessing, registering, purchasing, or using our SaaS platform, digital assets, AI agents, software applications, or related services, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Laperm AI. If you are using our services on behalf of an entity or corporation, you represent that you possess the legal authority to bind that entity.
Laperm AI grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and utilize our software workspace and AI tools according to your active subscription tier. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any portion of our platform, codebase, or proprietary AI architecture.
Laperm AI operates on a global scale. By using our platform, you acknowledge compliance with local digital service regulations, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for the European Union and Germany, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and US federal standards, and Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD). You agree that cross-border data processing is strictly necessary for the execution of our cloud-based AI services.
All software platforms, AI responses, and digital tools are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Laperm AI shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business interruption arising from your utilization of our software ecosystem.
Subscriptions and digital products are billed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Depending on your geographical location (such as VAT in the European Union/Germany, Sales Tax in the United States, or local taxes in Brazil), applicable local taxes, digital service levies, or cross-border payment gateway fees may apply at checkout and remain the responsibility of the customer.
Because Laperm AI provides instantaneous access to digital cloud software, proprietary source code, and cloud-hosted AI workspace environments, standard physical return rules do not apply.
You may cancel your recurring SaaS subscription at any time via your account settings or billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current active billing cycle. No partial refunds or credits will be issued for unused days within a billing period.
Due to the immediate provisioning of digital goods and AI execution resources, payments are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may be evaluated solely at Laperm AI’s discretion in cases of verified duplicate billing, technical server delivery failure preventing access, or unresolvable system defects directly attributable to our core platform.
